FREEDOM2 merging with EFoodSafety.com

EFoodSafety.com Inc. said Wednesday it has entered into a share exchange agreement that will combine it with removable tattoo ink company Freedom2 Holdings Inc. and give Freedom2 shareholders a 20 percent stake in the combined company.

EFoodSafety.com (OTCBB:EFSF) is a Scottsdale, Ariz.- based developer of health supplements. Freedom2 is developing Infinitink, an ink that makes tattoos that can be more easily removed than tattoos made with standard ink.

Martin Schmieg, the president and CEO of Freedom2, will become the chairman and CEO of the combined company, which will be called eFoodSafety.com and be run out of Freedom2's headquarters and manufacturing facility in Cherry Hill, N.J.
