Staff Biographies

Dr. William Reynolds, Chief Executive Officer, Rutgers Camden Technology Center (RCTC)
A native of South Jersey, Bill Reynolds’ career has spanned education, public service, and business. He served as a teacher and educational administrator prior to a more than 20-year career as founder and senior partner of a successful management-consulting firm. Throughout his professional life he has had a particular interest in the fields of executive professional growth and organizational development.

In 1997, he sold his interest in the firm and returned to academia to start the William G. Rohrer Center for Management and Entrepreneurship at Rutgers School of Business--Camden. One of the Rohrer Center’s most outstanding initiatives is Rutgers Camden Technology Campus.

In June of 2007, Bill accepted the CEO position at RCTC. He has served full-time in that position since September.

He holds an earned doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, a master's from Harvard University and a bachelor's from Lafayette College.

A lifelong resident of Haddonfield, he has been heavily involved in community service. He served as Mayor of that community and has served on the boards of many local and regional service organizations. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Haddonfield for more than 30 years. He is one of the founders of the Haddonfield Community Foundation and served as its Board Chair for 20 years.

He is married and has three grown children who live in the metro area.

Frank S. Keith, Executive Director
Frank Keith is currently the Executive Director Emeritus of the Rutgers Camden Technology Campus Inc. and the Rutgers-Camden Business Incubator both associated with Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey. Prior to assuming this position in February 2002, Frank was Manager of Burlington County College High Technology Small Business Incubator in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Although most of Frank’s corporate career was spent with RCA, he has also served as President of the Kepner Tregoe Strategy Group in Princeton, New Jersey; as Senior Vice President for the Strategic Management Group in Philadelphia, PA; and as Executive Director for the American Cancer Society of Burlington County, New Jersey.

Frank has lived in Moorestown, New Jersey since 1980 where he has served as a member of the Board of Education. Frank has also been President of the Moorestown Education Foundation; on the board of The Tender, a social day care center; President of the Moorestown Friends Library and a member of the Township Ethics Committee. He is also an active member of the Moorestown Breakfast Rotary Club.

Frank is married and has three grown children. The Keith’s moved to Moorestown, New Jersey from an RCA assignment in Geneva, Switzerland.

Suzanne Zammit, Program Coordinator
Suzanne Zammit is currently Program Coordinator for the Rutgers-Camden Business Incubator. She assumed that role in September of 2007. Prior to joining the Rutgers-Camden Business Incubator team, she was Vice President of Marketing for easyWEB, an education market software product company based in Voorhees, NJ.

Most of Suzanne’s professional career has been spent in various sales and marketing and administrative positions. She has experience working with Epicore BioNetworks in Eastampton, NJ; Robert Half International of Princeton, NJ; Perry Temps of Marlton, NJ and Bell Atlantic Yellow Pages of Marlton, NJ.

Suzanne is a graduate of Burlington County College and The Cittone Institute. She is currently living in Pemberton Township, NJ with her two daughters. Prior to moving to Pemberton Township, NJ, Suzanne grew up as a military dependant and spent part of her high school years living overseas in Karlsruhe, Germany.
